Contact and corrections
Spotted a mistake, an outdated source or a broken link? Tell us. Accuracy matters most on a site about animal health and safety.
What to include in a correction
- The page address and the sentence you think is wrong.
- What you think it should say.
- A link to an authoritative source (a veterinary association, university, regulator or government notification), if you have one.
Please do not send photos or medical records of your pet. We cannot give advice about an individual animal; for that, please contact your veterinarian. If your pet may have eaten something toxic, call your vet or nearest emergency clinic now rather than emailing us.
What happens next
We review every correction request against the cited sources. If a page needs to change, we update it, record the change and its date in the corrections log below, and update the page’s review date.
